3/7/14 I traded Jose Abreu to the Nationals for Jean Segura. I dropped Vic Black from my major league roster. I also traded Giancarlo Stanton to the Rays for Yoenis Cespedes and Albert Almora.
3/17/14 I traded Alen Hanson, Alexei Ramirez and a 2nd round draft pick to the Red Sox for Ervin Santana, Rio Ruiz and $4 million. I traded Mike Zunino and Sun Min Yoon to the Phillies for Jason Vargas, Kohl Stewart and $5 million. I demoted Jake Arrieta to my minor league team to make room for these additions on my major league roster.
